Rent Payments
You now have several ways to make a Rent Payment:
- You can continue to go into Chase Bank to pay your rent. Be sure to put your address on the deposit slip. The teller will give you a receipt for your records.
- You can mail a Check or Money Order to us at:
- PO Box 91, Caldwell ID 83606
- If your bank supports it, you can use ZellePay with our email as the tag:
- pmtopside@gmail.com
- You can click on the button below to make a payment using your Debit/Credit Card.

REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
While it is your responsibility to pay your rent on time and properly clean and repair the home, we would like to know if we can assist with any maintenance issues that arise while you are living in your home.
