APPLICATION PROCESS

    To apply for a property, please complete the following steps:

    • Before you begin, gather and scan the following documents:
      • Drivers License or ID Document
      • Proof of Income
    • Complete the Application to Rent form and upload documents where requested
    • Complete a Background Check form for for EVERY Adult who will be living in the home.
    • Pay the $ 50 Application Fee to cover the costs of obtaining your reports.
